First time trying Indian food and love their butter chicken w/ nan. Price and reasonable and portion is enough for two ppl :) Recommend ppl who are craving for authentic Indian food!

Was in journal square for work and stopped in for a quick dinner. What looks like an unassuming storefront from the outside is a full on sexy restaurant/lounge on the inside. I sat in the lounge section and it was awesome. They were playing all the latest Bollywood hits, the service was quick and attentive and MY GOD the food was delicious. I had the salmon with the Szechuan spicy fried rice. A gin cocktails and a hydrabadi dessert. Loved!!!
Delicious food. Had the Paneer 65 and it was awesome. Also had the Tikka Masala and Kashmiri Korma, very good as well. Lakshmi was our server and was very friendly. I went to the Deccan Spice in Edison and both places were enjoyable.
The food is really delicious definitely a must try. Try chicken 555 and chicken dynamite and also dragon chicken. I’m not a mutton person but all my frnds said that Deccan spice has most tender mutton in the Indian street. It’s must try in NJ.
